Return Policy

Items may be returned for full refund of the purchase price up to seven days from date of purchase providing you have the original sales receipt and the item is still in original condition. Exchange or store credit will be allowed for items returned after seven days and up to thirty days from date of purchase. Items MUST be returned to the location purchased. Store credits may be used only at the Habitat for Humanity London ReStore. Credits are not valid at ReStores outside London.

NO REFUNDS
Untested items marked 'AS IS' do not qualify for returns.

Payment
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, debit, certified cheque or money order.

The ReStore does not 'hold' items.

At the discretion of the manager, you may call and purchase an item over the phone with a Visa or Mastercard provided the item has not been sold.
Customers will be able to purchase an item that you view on the website.

Item Pick-up
Items may be paid for and picked up later.

All SOLD items left at the ReStore are NOT the responsibility of the ReStore. All items must be collected within one week of purchase. Sold items left longer than one week may be disposed of in any manner by the ReStore.
